Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 51a platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 51a platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 51a platform management. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. You are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
The 51a platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & User Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 51a platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs through your account is your own responsibility, including cases where a third party gains unauthorised access due to your own negligence. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 51a support team immediately at [email protected].
51a reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as a security measure. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is completed.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 51a user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are prohibited while using the platform:
- Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or transactions on the platform.
- Sharing or selling account access to another party.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise the security systems of the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without prior authorisation from 51a management.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of credit balances, and legal action where applicable.
Payment & MYR Transaction Information
All transactions on the 51a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including internet banking and approved Malaysian e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to set limits and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. 51a does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and generally take between one and five business days.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their respective bonus terms, as stated separately. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been fully met. 51a reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through methods that violate platform rules.
For any transaction disputes, users must contact 51a customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
51a reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that fraud, a breach of terms, or a threat to platform security has occurred. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any valid credit balance will be reinstated once the investigation concludes, provided no breach is established.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 51a support team. Any eligible credit balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure in accordance with the policy in force at that time.
51a's liability to any user is limited to the actual account balance at the time the claim is made. The platform is not responsible for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond management's control.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
All content on the 51a platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 51a management and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
The 51a platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and 51a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any external website before engaging with it.
51a reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically.
